Sept 9, 2011 -Games postponed Sun., Sept. 11
Please note that since so many players are participating in either the Touch Football Nationals or the softball playoffs, all games Sunday, Sept 11 ( except for Traction vs Polvige ) will be postponed to a later undetermined date.
Sept 9, 2011 - Family BBQ
Sunday September 25th is our "KTFL FAMILY DAY" Food and beverages ( supplied by Bocci ) will be served free of charge from noon until we run out of both.... behind the Benevoles field.
Wives, girlfriends and children, are all invited to join in on the festivities. I hope that you will all be there.
And please bring a donation for the OnRock Food Bank!!
July 28, 2011 - The new season starts soon!!!

The first games are Sunday, July 31 at either Smiley or Benevoles fields. The final schedule has been published on the statistics site.

If you have not been contacted by your team captain, the team rosters can be found on the stats site.
June 22, 2011 - Registration and Canada Post Strike

If you are planning to play this year and have not yet sent in your registration, you can bring your registration form and cheque of $150 to the following address;

May 22, 2011 - Registration

For those planning to play, if you send in your registration fee before June 1, the fee is $125. If the cheque is received ( or postmarked ) after June 16, the fee becomes $150. So don't wait, download this registration form and send it to the following address;

May 10, 2011- Important Dates
The Rookie Evaluation will be held on July 9 at Parc des Benevoles from 10 am to 12 pm. Please note that you must be paid up in full to be eligible for the draft; no pay = no play For all players, the season starts August 7. The draft will be held right after the rookie evaluations. Check our stats site in the week after July 9 to see which team you are on and when your first game is scheduled.

May 10, 2011 - AGM
All players are invited to the KTFL Annual General Meeting which is scheduled for Monday, May 16 at 7PM at the Parc des Benevoles conference room. Topics will include a recap of the season, financials, scheduling and social activities. Bring your fee of $TBD for early registration.

Aug 1, 2010 - Empty Cans
An unofficial member of the KTFL is Ken McHarg. Ken visits our fields after each game day to collect any empties left behind and donates what he collects to various charities. Last year, he donated $9000 to The Cedar Cancer Institute of the Royal Victoria Hospital, The Montreal Children's Hospital Oncology Department and the West Island Palliative Care Residence. In the future, please leave your empty cans near the garbage cans at each field ( in the box or neatly piled ) and help Ken help the charities.
May 08, 2010 - AGM and New League Executive

Thank you to all who attended the league AGM. During the meeting, a new league executive was voted in. Congratulations to Vince Mancini who has accepted to be the league president. Please see the following statement from Vince.
